http://www.ninremixes.com http://www.nin.com - Under Current scroll down the page until you find the Only and THTF remix files. The MAC version comes with a fully functional release of Garageband. The PC files are in 3 formats, for Pro tools, Sony's Acid, and a third format I can't remember at the moment. The PC remixing software is fairly crippled, so you might want to get yourself a "educational" copy of the warez.
For fun with remixing indie bands check out http://www.acidplanet.com for use with Sony's Acid software (formerly Sonic Foundry's Acid.)
